This interactive, evidence-based training is designed for clinicians who work with children and adolescents affected by trauma. The workshop will provide a comprehensive understanding of PTSD in youth, covering assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Participants will explore the neurological impact of trauma, develop skills for integrating TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), and learn to deliver ethical, culturally responsive care.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Understand the neurodevelopmental effects of trauma and how they influence behavior.
Integrate ethical and culturally responsive care into clinical practice.
Utilize evidence-based models (TF-CBT and TBRI) to reduce PTSD symptoms and build resilience

This was by far the most practical and engaging CEU workshop I’ve ever attended. The information was clearly presented, research-based, and immediately applicable to my daily work with clients.
I walked away with strategies I could use right away. Thomas and Stacy broke down complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand, and their real-world examples made the training even more valuable.
The professionalism and organization of this training exceeded my expectations. It was trauma-informed, ethical, and delivered with clarity and compassion. I feel more confident as a clinician because of it.
Thomas and Stacy are excellent presenters—knowledgeable, relatable, and inspiring. Their ability to connect theory to practice has transformed the way I approach therapy with children and families.
